Its easy to make this pac man paper. Just follow the step.

First, make sure you have all the ingrediens.

Then make a template on origami paper like this picture. then Cut it!

Use hole punch paper to make some circle for their eyes, then take a small circle on it with a marker.

Stack and paste with glue like in this picture, and done!

Easy, right?
